Why register for online access?
- For clients, registering allows secure, convenient access to mutual fund accounts and the ability to conduct transactions online. See Online Access for Clients for more information about client registration and account access.
- For financial professionals, registering online with Columbia Management provides access to secure advisor-only sales and marketing materials and additional product information, such as off-shore funds. Financial professionals can also access client account information through DST Vision.
Is this site considered secure?
We rely on 128-bit encryption technology, the most secure encryption technology
available. In addition, we have incorporated additional security procedures into
the account login and registration process to help ensure your information remains
safe and secure.
Do all shareholders have online access to their accounts?
No, shareholders who purchased their shares from certain third parties, such as
Schwab OneSource® or Fidelity Funds Network® do not
have access to their accounts on this website. The third party organizations maintain
account records on their own systems and do not provide us with that information.
If your client purchased fund shares through such a third party you will need to
contact that third party organization to obtain account information.

How do I register for secure site access?
From the homepage below the login box, click on Register now and choose the account type you are registering for. You’ll
need to provide your last name, branch ZIP and your CRD# or Access Key for verification.
Next, create your new User ID and password, then answer a validation question and
answer to help you retrieve your password if you forget it. Lastly, review and accept
the user agreement to complete registration and view your account.
How do I get my CRD#?
As a registered representative, FINRA has provided you with a CRD#. If you need
help locating your CRD#, you can use FINRA's online BrokerCheck or you can contact
FINRA's
BrokerCheck toll-free hotline at 1.800.289.9999 Monday - Friday, 8 a.m -
8 p.m. ET.
How do I get an Access key?
Please contact us and a Columbia
Management representative will assist you.
How can I update my personal or firm information?
After logging in to your account, go to the “Modify Profile” page to make changes
to your phone number, email address or your firm information.
How can I change my password?
You can change your password at any time. After you log into your account, select
the Change password link at the top right of the page. Enter your current password
and your new password to update.
I can't remember my password.
You can reset your password online using the Forgot
password link below the login module on the Home page or Account access
page. You will need to know your User ID and the validation question and answer
your chose when you registered in order to reset your password online. If you need
additional help, please contact us.
I can't remember my User ID.
If you forget your User ID or get locked out of the secure site, please contact us for assistance.
I receive an error message when logging into my account.
There are several reasons why you may receive an error message when logging in.
Check to ensure that your User ID and password are correct. If you continue to have
